All close contacts have been informed. All the appropriate steps as per NMPED guidance has been completed. Good Evening La Promesa Families. It has been wonderful to have our students back in the building. We are looking forward to a great year. Here is some information on things happening this week. Tomorrow, Wednesday the 11th, we will have our Road Runner Food Bank Distribution at 2:00 in front of the cafeteria. Also, tomorrow is an early release day for our students in Kindergarten to 6th grade. Students will be released at 12:40. Pre-K students do not have school on Wednesdays. Good Morning La Promesa Families. We are all excited to see our students back at school this week. Wednesday August 4th is the first day of school for our Kindergarten to 6th grade students. The first day for our Pre-K students is August 9th. Drop off time this year is 8:35 with the first bell at 8:50. Dismissal is at 4:00, except on early release Wednesdays. August 4th and all Wednesdays is August are early release days and students will be dismissed at 12:40. All students must wear a mask in the school building except when eating breakfast and lunch. Kindergarten parents will be able to accompany their students to the cafeteria in the morning on August 4th to meet the teacher. To maintain COVID Safe practices, only Kindergarten parents will be allowed in the building that morning. We will have our Back to School Night on August 4th from 5:00 to 6:30, when families can come into the building to meet the staff and visit classrooms. We will need to ask that everyone wear a mask inside and maintain social distancing. We are looking forward to seeing you all on August 4th and to a great start of the school year.

Good Morning La Promesa Families. We are looking forward to seeing all our students back at school. We will have 45 minutes additional daily instruction this year. Students can arrive on campus at 8:35, and dismissal is at 4:00. The first day of classes for Kindergarten through 6th grade students is Wednesday August 4th. That will be an early release day with students being dismissed at 12:40. The first day for our Pre-K students is Monday August 9th. You may come to the school to register your child for the buses or you can contact transportation. The school supply lists are on our Facebook page or you can pick one up at school. Thank you. The Belén High School girls' soccer team players and staff will be there to provide the training. Good afternoon La Promesa Families. June 4th will be the last school day for our Pre K students and June 11th will the last day for our Kindergarten to 6th grade students. We are offering three days of extended learning on June 14th, 15th and 16th to our Kindergarten to 6th grade students. A registration form will be going home today with our in-person learners. Please return the form as soon as possible if you are interested in your child attending school those extra days. They are optional. For our remote learners, please call our office at 966-2400 or contact your child's teacher to register your child for the program if interested. This will be in-person instruction, and students may be with different teachers than they have right now. Transportation and meals will be provided.

Good Evening La Promesa Families. We are excited to have many of our students back in the building on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays starting tomorrow April 6th. Students can be dropped off at 8:50 and dismissal is at 3:30. Students and staff are required to wear a mask at all times and to maintain social distancing. Please have students bring a water bottle, and students in grades 1st to 6th will need to bring their school-issued devices with them. Visitors are not allowed on campus at this time. We thank our families for understanding and helping us keep our community safe.
