Completed forms can be dropped off at the Belen Middle School office or emailed to your student's English teacher. Forms can be accessed by clicking on the link below. Forms can also be picked up and completed at our office. Forms need to be completed and returned by May 14th.

BMS Families: The last regular day of school is Friday, June 11th. Belen Middle School will be offering three additional days of Extended Learning Monday, June 14th through Wednesday, June 16th. Transportation and meals will be provided for these three additional days. These days are optional for students. Please complete the brief survey so we can collect information on the number of students wishing to participate in Extended Learning.

May 4, 2021 Confirmed Case of COVID-19: Belen Consolidated Schools has confirmed a student at Belen Middle School in Belen, NM have tested positive for COVID-19. There were no close contacts. All the appropriate steps as per NMPED guidance has been completed. If you feel you have any symptoms of COVID-19, please contact the Department of Health Coronavirus Hotline at 1-855-600-3453. If you have any concerns, please call the district at (505) 966-1271.
