This is a reminder that we are still serving breakfast and lunch until July 19th. The sites that we are serving at are as follows:
Belen High School - 8:30 to 9:30 breakfast and 12:00-1:00 lunch
Central Elementary - 8:30 to 9:30 breakfast and 12:00-1:00 lunch
Anna Becker Park - 11:30 - 1:00 lunch only
Gil Sanchez Elementary - 8:30 to 9:30 breakfast and 12:00-1:00 lunch
Rio Grande Elementary - 8:30 to 9:30 breakfast and 12:00-1:00 lunch
St. Mary's - 5:00 - 6:00 pm Supper only

BMS Families! Exciting News for the 2024-2025 school year! Belen Middle School will have a cross country team!! Pre-season will begin July 15th . If anyone is interested to please contact head coach Fernando Sisneros.. Below is his contact information.

Belen High School boys will be having a kid's camp in June. Coaches and players will be teaching fundamental skills to our youth that attend. Each camper will receive a basketball and there will be fun games for the kids and awards.

BMS Families: Just a reminder that this week is BMS Spirit Week!!!! Here is a list of dress up days: and events. Events are for BMS students only. Outside visitors will not be allowed.

Tuesday: BBQ Dad *VS* Soccer Mom.
Wednesday: Country *VS* Country Club (Country western wear or golf/tennis attire)
Thursday: Adam Sandler Day
Friday: Hawaiian Out Day
(Tropical Day will cost $1 to attend. There will be water events so bring a towel in your backpack)
There will be a Cotton Candy Concession so bring money.
Also, 7th Grade yearbooks will be handed out during lunch and 8th grade during 8th Grade BBQ. on Tuesday.

Belen Middle School Families! As we approach the end of the 2023-2024 school year, here are a few reminders:
We will not be offering tutoring for the remainder of the school year.
May 13th and May 14th- Student Technology check in. This will go through Social Studies classes. Please make sure your scholar bring their laptop, charger, and lap top case.. A fee will be assigned for any unreturned items.
May 27th: No School in observance of Labor Day
May 28th and May 29th: Early Release days. Scholars will be released at 12:10 pm.
May 29th: Last day of school
This has been an AMAZING school year! I hope everyone has an enjoyable and restful summer break!

This FREE resource offers parents access to licensed therapists delivering different courses for parents on topics like living with a child with depression, identifying anxiety, coping with grief and loss.

Belen Middle School Families: A friendly reminder that students will not be released for early check-out after 1:30 pm. Also, a photo ID is required at all times for early check out. Please remember we can only release students to people who are listed as parents/guardians or emergency contacts for your students. If you need to make any changes to those contacts, please come into the office and we will be happy give you a form to complete. BMS Families: All 8th graders have completed their next step plans in the last 2 days and have brought it home for parents/guardians to sign. During their next class Social Studies class, they will be registering for their High School classes using their "next step" plan. Any student who does not have it with them will not be able to register for 9th grade classes. Please remind your scholar to double check that they have their papers signed and, in their backpacks, to bring it back to school. Thank you!
