Belen Middle School Families:

As we wrap up another wonderful school year, I want to sincerely thank all of our families for your continued support, encouragement, and partnership throughout the year. It has been a privilege to work with your scholars, and we are so proud of all they have accomplished. This is a reminder that Wednesday, May 20th and Thursday, May 21st will be 1/2 days. Lunch will be served from 11:09 a.m. to 11:29 a.m., and scholars will be dismissed at 11:29 a.m. Any scholar who is picked up or walks home may leave campus at 11:09 a.m. if they choose not to eat lunch. Once scholars leave campus, they may not return. Buses are scheduled to depart at approximately 11:36 a.m. Please also remember that Thursday, May 21st is the last day of school. Thank you again for an amazing school year. We wish all of our BMS families a safe, relaxing, and joy-filled summer!

Belen Middle School Families: Good Morning! All current 7th and 8th grade students will keep their student devices over the summer. The 2025–2026 Technology Agreement will remain in effect throughout the summer. If you do not want your child to keep the device, please complete the attached form and return both the completed form and the device to the Belen Middle School office. We will also have copies of this form for you to complete in the office if you need one. Thank you!

Yearbooks will be distributed next week on May 13th. We still have about 5 softcover yearbooks available for $30 and about 15 hardcover yearbooks available for $35. Remaining yearbooks will be sold on a first come, first served basis.  Exact cash only. Thank you!

BMS Families: Just a reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, May 6th is an abbreviated bell schedule. Lunch will be served from 11:15-11:45 am. Scholars will be dismissed at 11:45. Any scholar who is picked up or who walks home may leave campus at 11:15 am if they do not want to eat lunch. Once scholars leave campus, they may not come back. Buses are scheduled to depart at approximately 11:52 am. Our front office will be closed from 12:00-2:30 pm as our staff will be attending training. Thank you!
