BMS Families: Just a reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, October 1st will be an abbreviated bell schedule. Lunch will be served from 11:15-11:45 am. Scholars will be dismissed at 11:45. Any scholar who is pick up or walks home may leave campus at 11:15 am if they do not want to eat lunch. Once scholars leave campus, they may not come back. Buses are scheduled to depart at approximately 11:52 am. Our front office will be closed from 12:00-2:30 pm as our staff will be attending training. Thank you!

Belen Middle School Families: Popcorn and Pickle sales will be every Friday starting this Friday, September 26th. Popcorn will be $1.00 or buy two (2) get one free!! Hot and dill pickles will be sold for $2.00 each. The proceeds will go to supporting our schoolwide PBIS initiatives and BMS Leadership activities.

BMS Families: Tutoring for all subjects will be held on Thursdays from 2:30–4:30 PM. Scholars may be picked up once they finish their work. Please note, the end of Quarter 1 is Wednesday, Oct. 1st. Please encourage your scholar to attend if they need extra help on classroom assignments. Thank you!

BMS Families: Free tutoring at BMS will begin the week of September 1st and is available to all scholars. Math tutoring will be every Thursday from 2:30 to 4:30 PM, and English Language Arts and all other subjects will be offered every Wednesday during the same time. Scholars may leave once they have completed their work. We encourage all students to take advantage of this valuable support opportunity. Transportation is not provided.

BMS Families: Scholars, please make sure you have your fully charged laptop in your backpack for testing as well as your Student ID. Remember, we will begin issuing lunch detention for tardies, including to first period tomorrow!!! Make sure you are on time and ready to learn! See you all tomorrow!

BMS Families: We will begin administering our Beginning of Year IMSSA assessment on Monday, August 18th. Please make sure your scholar brings their fully charged laptop to school with them. We will be testing throughout the week. through math and ELA classes. Remember, once they begin the test we are not able to stop the test. For appointments or early check outs, please make sure to keep this in mind. Thank you and have a great weekend!

Please use the main entrance to the gym. We will be using the side bleachers for the initial meeting. Please sign in with your coach please and grab only only one handbook per family. See you in a few! GO EAGLES!!!!

Parents of 7th Grade Girls who are planning on trying out for volleyball. Your official tryouts will be on Friday and Monday, 2:30-4:30 pm. Please get all the necessary paperwork uploaded on Rank One so they can be ready for the tryout. You must have a current physical. Good luck to all the student-athletes trying out.

Parents and student-athletes of all fall sports, we are having our mandatory meeting on Wednesday August 13 at 6:30 PM at the BHS High School Gym. We will be going over important topics that will help in our overall success. Please mark this date and time in your calendar. We look forward to seeing all the student-athletes, along with their parents, who are participating this fall for our Eagles. Each team will have its own break out session after the main presentation. We are excited for all of our teams this fall and can not wait for the competitions to begin. LET"S GOOOOO!!!!!
