STUDENT IDs & PARKING PASSES - Students, please review the schedule below for Student IDs and Parking Passes.
Student IDs :Student IDs will be completed during CCE classes in Ms. Klaudia’s Office, located in the Main Office. Please check in with your CCE teacher first, before reporting to office.
ID Schedule — Based on Last Name:
• Tuesday: A–F
• Wednesday: G–L
• Thursday: M–R
• Friday: S–Z
PARKING PASSES: Parking passes will be completed in reverse alphabetical order during CCE. Please check in with your CCE teacher first, before reporting to Ms. Vallejos, located in the office in the 900 building.
Parking Pass Schedule — Based on Last Name:
• Tuesday: Z–S
• Wednesday: R–M
• Thursday: L–G
• Friday: F–A
You MUST bring:
✅ Valid Driver’s License — Restricted Licenses will NOT be accepted
âś… Active vehicle registration in the name of the legal guardian to whom the vehicle is registered
âś… Current vehicle insurance for the legal guardian to whom the vehicle is registered
✅ $20.00 fee — Cash or Check ONLY
⚠️ Parking passes will NOT be issued without all required documentation and payment.
In addition to CCE time, Student IDs and Parking Passes can be obtained before school starting at 7:00am, during lunch or after-school.
FREE PERIOD STUDENTS
If you have a Free Period , please do the following:
1. Go to the Front Office to pick up your Parking Pass Signature Form.
2. Ms. Alane will have the forms available.
3. Obtain the required signature.
4. Once your form is signed, you may receive your parking pass.
Please come prepared with all required documents and payment to help keep the process moving quickly.

We hope you had a restful and rejuvenating summer and are ready to begin another exciting school year.
We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back and kicking off the 2026–2027 school year together. Your dedication, passion, and commitment to our students are what make Belen High School such a special place, and we are excited for all that we will accomplish together this year.
Our first day back is Friday, July 31, 2026. We will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. in the BHS Library. To help start the day off right, the Administration Team will have coffee and pastries available in the Teacher Lounge that is connected to the library beginning at 7:30 a.m. We hope you'll join us for a few minutes before we begin our day together.
During Professional Learning, our daily report time will be as follows:
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Lunch: One-hour lunch break each day
The detailed Professional Learning schedule is attached at the bottom of this message. Throughout the week, we have intentionally built in teacher preparation time to allow you opportunities to organize your classrooms, collaborate with colleagues, and prepare for a successful first day with students. Please note that this schedule is subject to change as needed based on district requirements, presenter availability, and/or administrative adjustments. We appreciate your flexibility as we work to provide meaningful professional learning opportunities for all staff.
As we begin this new school year, we are excited to continue building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and support for one another.
