As we prepare for the start of school, we ask for your patience if you registered your student to ride the bus for this school year. It is part of District regulations that your student's bus driver make contact with the parent to make sure the parent understands where and when their student will be picked up by the bus. Our drivers are working hard to contact the parents before the start of school tomorrow. However, we have had a large number of parents who registered their students today for bus pickup and drop-off. if you have not yet talked to your bus drive, you will need to provide transportation for your student until your bus driver is able to make contact with you. If you have questions, please call our transportation department at 505-966-1176.
Good Morning La Promesa Families. We are excited to be starting the new school year! Tonight we have our Back to School Block Party from 5:30-7:00. We'll have food trucks, information booths and our wonderful staff here to meet you! Tomorrow, August 2nd, is the first day back for students. Drop off is 8:51 and dismissal is 3:39. We are looking forward to seeing our students back on campus.

Good Evening La Promesa families. We are very happy to announce that we will be participating in the Summer Feeding program here at La Promesa. The program runs from June 12th to July 21st. We will be having breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30 and lunch from 12:00 to 1:00. Children from 1 year of age to 18 can get a free lunch and breakfast, but they must come to school to pick it up. We will also be selling meals for adults for $5.00. The meals can be eaten here at school in our cafeteria or they can be taken home. Hope to see you all here.

The 22-23 school year has come to an end. Thank you all for a wonderful year. Our office will be closed on Monday May 29th and Tuesday May 30th.
