Due to the unforeseen circumstances of the water line break at Belen Middle School, the Spring Attendance Challenge for the month of April will begin Monday, April 4th. All students who have no absences and no tardies will be rewarded on May 11th with a Pizza Party Luau!! Good luck to everyone 🙂

BMS Families: Due to a water line break at BMS, there will be no in-person learning tomorrow, Friday, April 1st. Teachers will provide remote instruction to students. All students will be required to log into Schoology to complete assignments. If your student has not checked out a device, we will have some available to check out tomorrow in the front office beginning at 7 am. Teachers will be sending out information on how to access instruction via TEAMS. BMS Families: BMS Yearbooks are still on sale for $35. You can purchase your yearbook online today at the following website: https://www.balfour.com/new-mexico/belen/belen-middle-school There is a limited amount left so purchase as soon as possible. Sales will end in April so please buy soon. Books will be distributed sometime in May at the Middle School. Please remember there are no cash sales this year, only online. Thank you.

BMS Parents: I wanted to let you know that we did have to call Belen PD for a situation this afternoon on campus. A student was threatening harm to another student in a classroom. All students in that classroom were evacuated to the media center to ensure the safety of all students until the situation was deescalated. No weapons were involved.
