Belen Consolidated Schools along with UNM College of Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner Program will host a free Sports Physical Clinic for all students participating in sports, ROTC, Band and any other activities requiring a physical to participate. The Clinic will be held on Thursday June 8th at Belen High School from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on a first come first served basis. Parents do not have to be present as long as students have the completed Health History and a signed form. The Sports Physical Forms can be found on the Athletics web page or athletics office.
