Hello DCE Roadrunners! The start of school is just around the corner. The first day for students is Wednesday, August 4. Students will be in school M-F (5 days per week), however several of the Wednesdays are Early Release Days. Please see the attached calendar. We are working on student class placements and supply lists. When they are ready we will let you know. See you soon!

Let's have a little fun! It's SPIRIT WEEK at DCE! Monday is Decades Day, Tuesday is Tie Dye Tuesday, Thursday is Tropical Thursday, and Friday is DCE school spirit day!
Technology is due this week: Tuesday 4th grade; Thursday 5th grade; Friday 6th grade. Remember devices, charging cords and hot spots. Remote learners devices will be due the week of June 7.
Reminder there is no school Monday, May 31. Regular classes resume Tuesday, June 1. The final day of school is Friday, June 11. Have a safe weekend and see you all next week!

CALLING ALL 2021-2022 KINDERGARTNERS: We are currently accepting registration for incoming Kindergartners. Please come by the office for registration forms. You will need to bring the original birth certificate, immunization records and proof of residency. You can call the front office at 966-1800 if you have any questions. We cannot wait to meet all of our new students!
DCE: DCE Families: The last regular day of school is Friday June 11th. DCE will be offering three additional days of Extended learning Monday June 14th through Wednesday June 16th. Transportation and meals will be provided for these three additional days. These days are optional for students. Placement may NOT be with your child's current homeroom teacher. Please call the office at 505-966-1800 if you would like for your child to attend these days. Deadline for registering will be Wednesday, May 19.
