The first day of school is upon us, we are excited to start our last school year in the "Old H.T. Jaramillo Building"! Teachers have been working very hard to prepare for our students! Attached is a letter from Principal Marquez and a map that shows our drop off and pick up. See you tomorrow morning. Drop off starts at 8:35am and pick up at 3:26pm.

Great News! We are back on campus for Kinder Registration! The office will be open from 1:30-4:00pm July 14-18. and will resume summer hours schedule on Monday July 21st.

DCE families... Reminder tomorrow - May 16, 2025 is Field Day! Please be sure your student has a water bottle, sunscreen, towel, and clothing that they can get wet in... Sandals and Crocs are not allowed. We are looking forward to a fun day!

I wanted to let you know that thanks to the hard work of the City of Belen water has been restored at DCE. Hopefully, we not experience any more stoppages.
Hello DCE Families,
I was in contact with the City of Belen workers this evening before leaving the office. The water break has still not been prepared. The crews will be working though the night to fix the break. We will have school tomorrow. We have brought in porta potties and portable handwashing stations. Right now we still have water in the cafeteria. We will bring in bottled water for the students if the water break is not fixed by tomorrow.
DCE parents if you are picking up your student please use the parent pickup line as normal.

The City of Belen has experienced another water break on Aragon Street. They have not let us know when the repair will be made. Right now DCE does not have water. We will be releasing the students at 12:00 pm after they eat lunch. We will bus transportation available for students who normally ride the bus. Parents who pick up their students, we ask that you be here at noon to pick them up.
