Our attendance challenge for the month of February at Belen Middle School was “Random Act of Kindness.” Our students were recognized by Staff by receiving a heart indicating what the student kindly displayed. From always offering to help or always displaying kindness and politeness, our random acts were awesome! All names were placed on the Wheel of Names and the following students were drawn for gift cards: Daniel Trujillo, Angel Salazar, Jasmine Ballard & Calvin Toddy No one went without being recognized for their random acts therefore a Sweet Treat was awarded to the following students: Luis Aguilar, Cashmere Miller, Kevin Perez, Cheyenne Jones, Lilian Singleton, Kaydin Weebothee, Dolton Hersburger, Alliana Hernandez, Josiah Hatter Lucero and Jose Vargas We are excited and looking forward to our March Madness for Attendance which began on Tuesday. Every student who is not tardy or absent during the first three weeks of March will be entered into our Wheel of Names and be randomly selected for a gift card. We look forward to sharing our winners on Friday, March 18th, the week before Spring Break begins!
