Good afternoon Eagle Families,
This afternoon, New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham announced Thursday the state's mask mandate has been lifted, effective immediately. The decision to wear a mask is now a local decision. Starting tomorrow, the wearing of masks will no longer be required on B C S sites. A plan for B C S and the use of masks will be presented at the next board meeting. The board will determine next steps and future plans at that time. All other COVID Safe Practices will remain in place until further notice. Staff and students may still wear masks if they so choose.
