Central Families, Central ES basketball is underway. We are rocking and rolling with enough players for our boys team. However, we need more players for our girls team. Please encourage your child to join if interested. Our girls team placed 2nd last year. Thank you, Ms. Garcia

Central Families, We will not be releasing students until 3:20pm to maximize learning and instructional time. Please be patient as it will be taking a few more minutes to get students in cars and buses. Thank you, Ms. Garcia

Central Families, Don't forget that this Friday August 23, 2024 at 8am we will have our first coffee with the principal. I look forward to sitting down with parents and discussing all the great things taking place at CES. Hope you can make it.

Central Families, This morning the staff was being trained in a new emergency application and dispatch was called when we were only testing the application. We do have a fire drill scheduled for later this morning so know that we will have the fire department on campus later today. Thank you.

Central Families, We also need to fill two lunch aide positions for the upcoming school year. This is an easy position. You watch the students at lunch recess and in the cafeteria from 11am-1pm (2 hours) everyday Monday-Friday. Just need to pass a background check. Central Families, Hope you are having a wonderful Summer vacation. I need your help in filling some positions. I need to hire for the following positions: Physical Education (PE) Teacher, 5th grade, and 6th grade. If you know of anyone please spread the word. Central Families, Two days left this school year. I hope you will send your child until the end. We are hoping to improve our attendance, and need your help and support in making sure your kiddos come everyday. Next two days are abbreviated days. Dismissal is 1:51pm both days. We are continuing our fun spirit days. Tomorrow is color wars (4th-green, 5th-red, 6th-yellow) and Wednesday is "Country or Country Club" wear (western wear or tennis wear). Last week was a fun and busy week. Thank you to all the parents that came out for 6th grade promotion and our music performances. We hope to have more events next year. Belen High School boys will be having a kid's camp in June. Coaches and players will be teaching fundamental skills to our youth that attend. Each camper will receive a basketball and there will be fun games for the kids and awards.
