NMACTE has created this cohort program to develop the organizational leadership and management skills of CTE professionals, with an emphasis on addressing the needs of New Mexico students.  Through this program, fellows build their leadership abilities as they work alongside peer professionals and an experienced mentor in this year-long professional development experience. Fellows also elevate their interpersonal skills and capacity to communicate, collaborate, network, problem solve and use time and resources effectively. The schedule of activities work to cultivate leadership development among these CTE professionals, with the creation of resources that can be widely distributed to support others in the field.  The prestigious fellows who were selected will serve as inspirational leaders to NMACTE and CTE in New Mexico: they embody the core values of serving students and being committed to Career Technical Education.
