Rio Grande parents,
Rio Grande Elementary has gone to great lengths to make sure that our students are safe within our school walls. We have provided each classroom with dividers, daily disinfecting takes place in various forms, each classroom has an air scrubber, hand washing/hand sanitizing is done on a regular basis, social distancing practices and mask wearing are reinforced. As you are also aware we do not allow anyone in the building that is not associated with Belen Consolidated Schools as an added measure of protection.
If by chance someone has been identified with COVID and your child is suspected of being a close contact then you will be notified immediately.
