On November 13th we were excited to honor our local veterans. We had a number of local veterans, including three staff members, Linda Gomez, Martha Salas and Amanda Sanchez, visit classrooms and talk with students about their military experience. The BHS ROTC presented the colors, and Mrs. Gomez's class read a beautiful poem. We are proud to have honored these local heroes.
