Infinity High School Cooperative Education
What is Cooperative Education?
Cooperative Education is a structured method of combining classroom-based education with practical work experience to learn many skills that are needed after high school.
Community Service - Infinity High School students participate in various community service programs and opportunities on Friday's for hours toward their elective credit. Participation is required in order for students to recieve credit.
Work-Study - Infinity High School encourages students to work and become productive citizens in the community! Hours gained counts toward elective credit with pay-stubs and schedules turned in bi-weekly.
The Cooperative Learner:
- Participates in Cooperative learning and education
- Is involved in Community Service
- Is enrolled in Work Study
- Attends Friday classes
- Is aware of Social and Emotional learning
- Is involved in the community
- Seeks volunteer work for experience
- Helps around the school
- Participates in our Career Expo
- Chooses to be KIND
If you are in need of elective credit and do not have ajob, it is mandatory that you are in attendace for Friday's. This is the opportunity for you to earn Community Service credit by participating in Friday activities.
If you are a student enrolled in Work Study, please ensure that you are turning in your pay stubs and schedules to me bi-weekly. Failure to do so will result in no credit.
