    Our Mission

    The Belen Consolidated Schools’ Human Resources department is committed and knowledgeable in all personnel procedures, including teacher licensure and the hiring process.    We will provide exceptional customer service so that All students of Belen Consolidated School District receive the best possible education.


    The Board is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination in relation to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, and disability. This policy will prevail in all matters concerning staff members, students, the pubic, educational programs and services, and individuals with whom the Board does business. 




    The PDD submission period opens on July 15, at 12:01 a.m. and closes on March 31, at 5:00 p.m.  PDD submission or resubmission received before October 15th at 12:01 am, the issue date will be July 1 of the same year.  When a license is advanced after a successful PDD submission or resubmission received on or after October 15th at 12:01 am the issue date will be July 1 of the following year.

    The large submission window will allow PDD results to be posted in a timely manner and allow for immediate resubmissions when necessary. Requests for technical assistance during the final two weeks of the submission window are greatly delayed due to the large volume of submissions.  Early submissions of PDD's and OPALs are strongly encouraged.
